A Yoga and Wellness Retreat

We invite you to welcome the change of seasons in Vermont with a three-day yoga and wellness retreat at the end of fall in beautiful Woodstock.

 

Nov 5-8, 2019. Maximum 12 participants.

 

 

2 women in yoga pose on front stepsWhen winter approaches, it is vital that we acclimate our physical and emotional bodies. We can do this by consciously shifting how we move and breathe and care for ourselves, in harmony with winter’s slower pace and natural grace. 

In this welcoming workshop called “Our Bodies, Our Soul, Our Nature”, retreat leaders Maeve Ryan and Frances McManus will guide you through the experience of connecting with, and drawing inspiration from, the natural world. You will learn how to listen closely to your body, nourish your soul, and connect with nature. You will also discover ways to tap into your innate warmth and strength and channel a deeper sense of peace through techniques such as breath work, meditation, yoga, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy.

Long after this retreat is over (and especially through the busy holiday season), these supportive techniques will help you feel more grounded, experience a sense of calm and serenity, and ultimately live more fully in mind, body, and spirit.

About the Retreat Leaders

Maeve Ryan believes you are deserving of abundant self-love, acceptance, and serenity.

She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga for 10 years.

Maeve strives to help people become aware of their thoughts and habits so they can better understand and heal their bodies. She conveys how yoga and meditation can guide us toward a more peaceful, loving, and fulfilling life.

Frances McManus believes you are your own healer.

She serves as a bridge to access the magnificence that lives within you.  For 30 years, she has used yoga, hand and foot reflexology, craniosacral work and somato emotional processing to help clients find balance in their lives as well as bring them to the truest and the highest expression of themselves.

Private Instruction and Extended Stay

You have the option to schedule private yoga and/or reflexology sessions with Maeve or Frances during the free time, or before and after the retreat if you choose to extend your stay. Private sessions are not included in the price of the retreat. Please contact us for more information.

We have blocked off rooms the night prior to and the weekend following the retreat to give you the opportunity to extend your stay with us at a discount. Please contact us for preferential pricing and to secure your room.

Pricing includes your room for 3 nights, all group yoga and wellness sessions, morning refreshments and brunch each day, and dinner on Thursday night (excluding alcohol).

Pricing does not include 10% tax, optional private yoga or reflexology sessions, lunch, dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, and alcoholic beverages for the Thursday night dinner.

50% will be due upon booking, and the balance no later than October 5.

To ensure the quality of this retreat, we are limiting the number of participants to 12 and are partnering with highly qualified retreat leaders who will be making changes to their normal schedule. Because of this, no refunds will be possible after October 5. Thank you for understanding.
